TheThinkSub factory is an ultra-modern facility that covers XX㎡ in area. We have 5 automatic and 6 semi-automatic production lines, more than 400 staff, including1 5 QC and 12 research personnels. We have set up in line with the ISO9001-2000 quality assurance system and obtained certificates
The ThinkSub manufacturing process begins with the sorting and processing of raw materials to make molten glass. The molten glass is fed into our IS machine which cuts it into blobs that will be formed into glass bottles. We use the blow and blow or the press and blow method depending on the bottle design.
